30 days from delivery, full refund. Change your mind and you can send any chain back within 30 days — no restocking fee — as long as it comes back in its original condition, worn only to try on. Return shipping for a change of mind is on you; if the piece didn't match its listed metal, hallmark or weight, or arrived damaged, we cover it. Once your return reaches the counter we re-weigh and verify it, then the refund goes back to your original payment method.
