Who we are

Basic Chain Factory (“BCF”, “we”) sells solid 10k gold and 925 sterling silver chains, shipped from Houston, Texas. By ordering from this store you agree to these terms.

Products and honest labeling

Every listing states the chain's metal, hallmark, gauge, length and catalog gram weight. Every order is checked on a calibrated scale before shipment. Hollow construction is always labeled hollow. You are welcome to verify any piece with an independent jeweler.

Pricing

Our prices track the precious-metal markets and update regularly. The price at checkout is the price of your order — later market moves in either direction do not change a placed order. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before shipment; if that happens to your order, we contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it and charge your payment method. We may cancel and refund orders we cannot verify or fulfill. All payments are processed by Shopify Payments and its supported providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Shipping

Shipping is free and insured on every order. Available delivery methods and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please inspect your order on arrival.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Acceptable use

You may not use this store fraudulently, resell access to it, or scrape its content for commercial use without permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
